Our customer is one of the largest US independent bottler companies. It produces, markets, and distributes nonalcoholic beverages of the American multinational beverage corporation and manufacturer

Executive Summary

Customer’s Information Systems & Services department is responsible for SAP and Movilizer procedures documentation. Customer information, stored in SAP, is transferred to Equipment Services Group through Movilizer. As a result, vending machine technicians have all the necessary information on their mobile devices and can efficiently proceed with their work.

However, the workflows are more complicated than they appear. In order to store and transfer the knowledge within the department, one should continuously create clear instructional IT documentation. StepShot was chosen as a standalone comprehensive solution for easy and fast user manuals and how-to guides’ creation.

The Challanges

When the platforms were implemented in the company, there was no systematic documentation in place. This caused the delays in IT and, consequently, business operations and led to the decision of creating IT procedural documentation.
