This policy covers how StepShot, OÜ (“StepShot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) treats personal information that it collects and receives in StepShot Application and on StepShot web sites (*.stepshot.net). Information you share with us is used for StepShot’s business purposes. StepShot is not in the business of selling information about you. This notice tells you what information we collect, steps we take to protect and secure it, how we use and share information, and finally, how you can contact us with questions or concerns.
Information We Gather
StepShot collects personal information when you register with us, use StepShot products or services or post content on a StepShot site.
The StepShot Sites, Products and Services may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or others.
StepShot may also collect information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners. This information might include information necessary to process payments due to us from you such as your credit card number.
StepShot may automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookies, and the pages you request.

When you register for StepShot, StepShot collects user-submitted account information such as name, email address and age to identify users and send notifications related to the use of the service. StepShot also collects user-submitted profile information, including additional contact information, location, biographical information. This additional profile information will assist other users in finding and communicating with you.
StepShot will display your name and email address on your StepShot Account and Desktop Application. Additionally, StepShot will display any user-submitted profile information on your StepShot Account and Desktop Application.
If you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.
StepShot may share personally identifiable information about you under the following circumstances:
- In the course of operating our business it may be necessary or appropriate for us to provide access to your personal information to others such as our service providers, contractors and select vendors so that we can operate StepShot and our business. Where practical, we seek to obtain confidentiality agreements that are consistent with this policy and that limit others’ use or disclosure of the information you have shared.

In certain areas, StepShot uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software.
If StepShot learns of a security systems breach we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. By using StepShot or providing personal information to us you agree that we can communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy and administrative issues relating to your use of those sites, products and services.
